Alpay Dinçkoç brings over two decades of experience across global hedge funds and leading brokerage platforms. Prior to joining Strateji Portföy, he served as a Portfolio Manager at Millennium Management in London, where he managed LATAM equities and Global Emerging Markets financials strategies. He previously worked with BlueCrest Capital Management, overseeing LATAM and quantitative sub-portfolios within a long/short framework focused on CEMEA and Latin America.
Earlier in his career, Alpay held senior leadership roles at Oyak Securities, including Managing Director and Head of Research. He led equity strategy and banking sector coverage, restructured institutional sales operations, and significantly expanded institutional revenues during challenging market conditions.
He holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering (Minor in Economics) from Georgia Institute of Technology and is an alumnus of Robert College.
